Prime Quadrant Corp. in Vancouver seeks an Analyst, Direct Investments to join Prime Quadrant Partners. The role involves due diligence, financial modeling, and drafting investment memos while collaborating with senior investment professionals and GP deal teams.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in private equity or related fields, strong modeling skills (LBO, DCF), and the ability to analyze multi-asset opportunities. This on-site role offers mentorship and exposure to cross-border deals.

Formación

• 2 - 4 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, credit/leveraged finance, or related field.
• Exceptional attention to detail—accuracy needed in financial modeling and diligence.
• Strong financial modeling skills (LBO, DCF, comps).
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear written analysis.
• Comfort across multiple asset classes and deal structures; generalist mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate inbound co-investment opportunities across asset classes.
• Build and stress-test LBO, growth, and cash flow models.
• Review GP materials; conduct independent research on markets and transactions.
• Draft investment memos with thesis, risks, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with GP deal teams to manage diligence items and timelines.
• Support deal execution and legal structuring with counsel.
• Engage with investors through updates and communications.
• Monitor portfolio performance; prepare quarterly valuations and reports.
• Research market trends to inform investment decisions.
• Maintain and improve deal tracking systems and checklists.
