Cogir Senior Living operates The Williamsburg in Burlington, Ontario. We are seeking a Dining Room Supervisor reporting to the Culinary Manager to direct dining room activities and deliver high levels of service to residents.

You will recruit and orient staff, manage schedules and leaves, supervise dietary personnel, and coach team members to ensure consistent quality. You must have Safe Serve certification, 3+ years in fine dining, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a recognized course in Food & Beverage / Hospitality.
  • Completion of courses in service management, guest relations, service excellence or HR.
  • Safe Serve (Ontario) or equivalent certification.
  • Minimum of three years experience in hotel or restaurant fine dining service.
  • Ability to manage staff and resources.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication.
  • Vulnerable Sector Check within six months or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors shift routines, workflow, and performance; ensures quality and consistency.
