Job summary

Cherish at Central Park in Langford, BC, is hiring a Full-Time Dining Room Server to assist in our senior living community dining room. You will greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals with kindness, while maintaining a clean dining area and supporting special events.

We offer an extended medical benefits package and a stable, resident‑focused work environment without tips. Join our supportive hospitality team and help enhance residents' dining experience daily.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a resident-first attitude.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to exceptional service.
• Level 1 Food Safe Certification (Completed in the last 12 months).

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $21/hour

Join our hospitality team at Cherish at Central Park and help create a warm, respectful dining experience for our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve residents with kindness and professionalism.
