Cherish at Central Park in Langford, BC is seeking a Full-Time Dining Room Server to join our compassionate hospitality team. You will greet residents, take orders, and deliver meals with care in a senior living community dining room.

There are no tips; instead, employees receive extended medical benefits. This role emphasizes resident-first service and teamwork in a respectful, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a resident-first attitude.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to exceptional service.
• Level 1 Food Safe Certification (Completed in the last 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve residents with kindness and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $21/hour

Join our hospitality team at Cherish at Central Park and help create a warm, respectful dining experience for our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve residents with kindness and professionalism.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Clear and reset tables; support cleanliness in the dining area.
• Assist with special events and themed meals.
