Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Business Analyst in Vancouver, BC to shape onboarding and customer success tools. You will translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements, collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA, and drive measurable business value across a fast-paced global team.

You’ll write acceptance criteria, manage UAT, and maintain clear documentation in Notion, while leveraging AI tools to sharpen analyses and insights.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise SaaS, CRM, or digital workplace.
• Structured BA work from problem definition through implementation and UAT.
• Strong ability to write Given/When/Then acceptance criteria.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, design decisions, testing and sign-off.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear business requirements.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional delivery teams and devs.
• Awareness of AI tools to support requirements analysis and quality reviews.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business context via stakeholder engagement and documentation.
• Perform Project Analysis for new products and Change Request Analysis for enhancements.
• Document current-state processes, risks, dependencies, and feasibility.
• Create business-outcome Epics and comprehensive BA documentation.
• Define requirements, outcomes, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Write detailed acceptance criteria using Given/When/Then.
• Provide data and scope recommendations for prioritization decisions.
• Facilitate requirements workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Support design, development, QA, and UAT with timely clarifications.
• Lead UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
• Maintain traceable requirements and documentation in Notion.
