Job summary

Sunrise Farms is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Digital Transformation program across manufacturing operations in Canada. The role focuses on data foundations, governance, and a modern data platform (Snowflake) with medallion architecture, coordinating ERP, WMS/MES, CMMS, and EDI initiatives.

The PM will oversee a tiger team of analysts and collaborate with IT, Operations, and Data groups to deliver enterprise-scale projects and future data initiatives, including AI and IoT

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Hands-on experience managing technology implementations with enterprise software vendors and systems integrators.
• Familiarity with data governance, data platforms, or analytics modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Assign, track, and manage tasks for a technical team of data integration analysts and report analysts.
• Manage resources and vendor hours across ERP, WMS/MES, CMMS, and EDI projects.
• Lead the tiger team of analysts to validate solutions and report progress to stakeholders.
• Establish reporting governance and a COE for reports and analysis tasks.
