The mission of the Omni Department is to connect our channels with the right tools and information to accelerate sales and grow omni customers.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Omni Department is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for building the foundation to deliver seamless omni experiences for our customers across our sales and communication channels. As the Senior Analyst, Omni, you will support with establishing omni infrastructure at Aritzia to deliver integrated cross-channel shopping experiences. You will apply and grow your knowledge of the industry landscape and work with a variety of senior leaders across Retail, eCommerce, Concierge, Technology, and Finance to deliver against the vision. THE ROLE

As the Senior Analyst, Omni Channel, you will support to:

• Establish an enduring omni strategy across all digital customer touchpoints
• Implement core technology to enable omni services and experiences
• Work with cross-functional partners to optimize omni operations
• Research and analyze omni business opportunities within Aritzia and across the industry
• Develop plans to continuously optimize omni technology

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Analyst , Omni Channel has:

• Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Omni, Product Management or eCommerce
• Experience in retail operations with exposure to technology also a benefit
• A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia’s Values and Business and People Leadership principles
• The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
• A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $75,000 - $125,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
