Our Compliance & Risk Management Group in Business Enablement Services is looking for an Analyst, Risk Management, to join our growing team. The group helps ensure the firm and its personnel are in compliance with Professional, Regulatory, and KPMG Global policies and standards. This role focuses on monitoring compliance with standards related to personal independence, including those established by the SEC, PCAOB, CPA Code of Conduct, IESBA Code, and AICPA.

This is a remote position.

What You Will Do

• Develop understanding of independence rules and KPMG policies through consulting with experts and reviewing internal manuals.
• Conduct independence compliance audits and monitor adherence to standards.
• Assess, summarize, and escalate potential policy breaches.
• Respond to inquiries via the KICS help desk regarding investments and independence policies.
• Assist with compliance tasks, ad-hoc projects, and documentation development.

What You Bring To The Role

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business or finance.
• Research and analytical skills to interpret standards.
• Strong communication skills, professional and prompt responses.
• Experience in high-volume environments, maintaining quality under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
• Fluent in English, both written and oral.

Additional Information

The salary range is $54,000 to $81,000, based on experience and location, with potential bonuses. KPMG offers a comprehensive Total Rewards program.
