The opportunity

EY is seeking a Manager to join our Digital Risk team within the Risk Consulting service line. You will play a pivotal role in helping clients identify, assess, and manage IT risks and controls related to their business operations. You will lead a team delivering high-quality risk advisory services, focusing on Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), IT security assessments, cloud adoption risk, emerging technologies risk, and internal controls. This role requires a strong understanding of the digital landscape, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements to provide strategic insights and solutions that add value and protect our clients.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver projects related to IT security, GRC, IT governance, controls and risk assessments, cloud adoption risk, and emerging technology risk, ensuring adherence to EY methodologies and standards.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their challenges and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital risk management into broader risk and compliance programs.
• Advise leadership on digital risk management strategies, security and control frameworks, and best practices.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposals, client presentations, and networking.
• Stay updated on emerging digital risks, technologies, and industry trends to offer forward-thinking advice.

Skills and Attributes for Success

• 6-8 years of experience in risk management, IT security, controls, cloud adoption risk, emerging technology risk, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Accounting & Finance.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CISM are highly desirable.
• Strong project management and engagement skills.
• Knowledge of IT security frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
• Experience in consulting and client service delivery is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
