Job summary

My Little Big Web, a Montreal-based web agency with about 20 employees, seeks a Web Project Manager to plan, coordinate and monitor digital projects. You’ll be the main contact between clients and production teams, ensuring deadlines, budgets and priorities are met while delivering high-quality results.

You will lead coordination across SEO/PPC/Social Media and website redesign efforts, manage time estimates, propose proposals, and support vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, including project management.
• Excellent bilingual communication in French and English.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor agency digital projects.
• Serve as the primary contact between clients and production teams.
• Ensure deadlines, budgets, and priorities are met.
• Monitor and manage time estimates and vendor schedules.
• Support monthly marketing coordination efforts.
