We are seeking a candidate with a blend of business consulting skills and a data analytics background.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy the Manufacturing product in a local market.
• Act as the integrator for all work streams within the market.
• Manage the product roadmap and prioritize features in collaboration with global product managers and the CoE.
• Oversee cross-workstream dependencies.
• Ensure the quality of the product delivered.
• Measure, manage, and report on KPIs for the product.
• Lead stakeholders, engage with the business, and collaborate with product managers to socialize plans, research, brainstorm, validate functionality, and address issues.
• Work alongside the Manufacturing business owner.
• Demonstrate passion for product design, delivery, and engineering excellence.

Requirements:

• Experience in CPG & Manufacturing domains.
• 13+ years in product management, with a proven record of creating strategic roadmaps and working in matrixed environments.
• 3+ years in demand planning within CPG beverage or similar sectors.
• Experience in launching products from conception to revision.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and experience managing multiple Scrum teams.
• Ability to lead technical and design directions.
• Bachelor's degree required; quantitative or engineering background preferred.
• Leadership skills to guide others without direct authority.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to influence senior management.
• Positive, adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
