Allstate Canada Group is seeking a Digital Product Manager to define the strategy and roadmap for a technical Billing and Payments product. You will own outcomes, measure success, and partner with engineering, design, and data teams to drive customer-centric financial experiences.

The role requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to balance long-term platform health with near-term delivery and business value. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in product management of technical products or platforms.
• Experience with billing, payments, or financial platforms in regulated environments.
• Proven ability to partner with engineering and architecture on design, data flows, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a technical product in Billing and Payments.
• Own outcomes with success metrics, and use data to drive prioritization and trade-offs.
• Lead discovery and test-and-learn to validate customer and business assumptions before scaling.
• Collaborate with engineering to shape platform direction and prioritize work across features and debt.
• Translate business problems into well-sequenced product investments with clear value.
• Represent customer and enterprise voices, aligning stakeholders to drive adoption.
• Manage the backlog to support iterative delivery while pursuing strategic outcomes.
• Write, refine, and accept stories to enable effective execution by the product team.
• Communicate direction and progress clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
