Job summary

EY Ottawa is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain – Digital Procurement and Source-to-Pay Transformation to lead engagements and mentor staff. You will drive procurement modernization through e-procurement platforms and analytics, delivering end-to-end transformation for clients in a dynamic team environment.

The role requires 5–7+ years in procurement, a strong billing and project delivery acumen, and the ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance.

Qualifications

• We require 5–7+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience in procurement and source-to-pay transformation.
• Experience leading workstreams or end-to-end delivery in complex transformation environments.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
• Eligibility to obtain Government of Canada security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagements in digital procurement and source-to-pay transformation.
• Design business processes and provide functional expertise across implementation phases.
• Manage client relationships and overall delivery quality.
