Job summary

Infotek Consulting Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Technology Strategy to lead transformative Source-to-Pay initiatives across procurement tech and processes.

You will partner with Procurement, Business Units, and Technology teams to define requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and drive adoption of scalable procurement technology solutions. The role focuses on Intake & Orchestration tools, change management, and executive-facing business cases.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Source-to-Pay procurement technologies and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Procurement Intake & Orchestration tool and process design.

• Experience leading requirements gathering and documenting business and technical processes.

• Expert-level PowerPoint and Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and complex logic.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Business, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated Source-to-Pay technology strategies with a focus on Procurement Intake & Orchestration.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements across procurement functions.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with SMEs and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Design and optimize end-to-end procurement processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
• Assess current-state processes and develop future-state process designs and technology-enabled solutions.
• Partner with Procurement, Business Units, Technology, and other stakeholders to drive alignment and adoption.
• Lead technology enablement and change management activities associated with new procurement solutions.
• Evaluate procurement technologies and recommend solutions aligned with business strategy.
• Build executive-ready presentations, business cases, recommendations, and strategic materials.
• Use data and analytics to identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Challenge existing processes and drive innovative approaches to procurement technology and operating models.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 37.5 hours/week

Role Overview

Seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Strategy to lead strategic and transformation initiatives across the Source-to-Pay technology landscape, with a strong focus on Procurement Intake & Orchestration tools and process design.

This role will partner with Procurement, Business Units, Technology teams, and functional SMEs to develop scalable procurement technology strategies, gather business and technical requirements, optimize end-to-end processes, and support successful technology adoption and change management.

Key Responsibilities

Nice to Have

• Experience with procurement platforms such as Ivalua or Coupa
• Exposure to Intake & Orchestration platforms such as Zip, ORO, Tonkean, or similar solutions
• Experience with SAP procurement environments
• MBA or advanced degree with a Technology or Analytics focus
• Experience developing enterprise Source-to-Pay strategies or operating models
