  • Deliver both on-site and remote technical support as needed
  • Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and reports

Customer Success & Training

  • Lead structured Ramp-Up programs for new customers during the critical first 30–90 days of production
  • Train press operators and production staff on press operation and workflow, color management and media handling, maintenance best practices, and troubleshooting and quality control
  • Assess operator skill levels and tailor coaching approaches accordingly
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Applications, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding
  • Serve as a technical mentor who builds long-term confidence and capability within customer teams
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of field service or Electromechanical experience, ideally with digital printing equipment
  • Technical diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability across print quality, mechanical, and electrical domains

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to travel frequently domestically, with occasional international travel
  • Self-directed with strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Must speak English and be able to travel to the United States for training
