Job summary

Employee Workplace is seeking a Digital Press Field Engineer to be the frontline technical expert for our customers in the Toronto area. It is a W2 contract covering 24+ months, with travel to the United States for training.

You will install, calibrate, and maintain digital presses, diagnose hardware and software issues, and provide on-site and remote support, plus lead operator training. Starting pay is $27+/hour CAD, with mileage and cell reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of field service experience with digital printing equipment.
• Technical diploma or degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficient in diagnosing print quality, mechanical, and electrical issues.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally; English required.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and calibrate digital presses at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and process issues quickly.
• Perform routine maintenance and software upgrades.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support.
• Maintain service records and reports.
• Lead Ramp-Up programs for new customers and train operators.
