Job Description

The Digital PPC Account Manager is responsible for building, maintaining, and growing client relationships by managing advertising campaigns across multiple platforms (e.g., search, display, social ads, O&O digital/print media). The primary goal is to ensure clients achieve and exceed their marketing objectives through strategic planning and data analysis.

As the Account Manager, you will serve as the main contact for client concerns and needs after the sale. You should possess strong expertise in current and emerging marketing solutions, collaborate effectively with sales and optimization teams, and deliver solutions that maximize ROI. Adaptability and a proactive approach are crucial in this dynamic role to navigate the evolving digital and traditional marketing landscape.

Position Requirements:

  • Partner with sales teams to build rapport, demonstrate transparency, and deliver results aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and anticipate client expectations, ensure alignment, and engage partner teams to meet client needs.
  • Maintain open communication channels through regular performance reviews.
  • Articulate media strategies and oversee campaign implementation.
  • Collaborate with sales and optimization teams to develop and execute digital strategies.
  • Advise clients on leveraging marketing strategies effectively.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels.
  • Review daily campaign performance and identify new advertising opportunities.
  • Coordinate with support teams to meet client objectives regularly.

Key Skills:

  • Quick mastery of business processes, marketing, and technology.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools and systems.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising campaigns (Search, Display, etc.).
  • Technical skills to optimize campaigns throughout their lifecycle.
  • Experience with digital publishing systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven ability in relationship building and account management.
  • Efficiency in workflows and process improvements.
  • Moderate skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 2 years managing digital advertising campaigns and 3+ years in client-facing roles.
  • Google Ads and Analytics certification is required.

The annual base salary ranges from $55,000 to $81,000. Variable compensation may apply based on performance, skills, experience, location, and union status.
