Working with Learning & Development, property teams, and technology partners, you will develop curricula, manage training readiness, track KPIs, and explore AI-enabled learning to ensure scalable, high-quality

Qualifications

• Three or more years designing, developing, delivering, and implementing technical or operational training programs.
• Experience coordinating across multiple stakeholders in hospitality or complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design standards.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and continuously improve learning programs for digital platforms and processes.
• Translate complex requirements into practical, engaging training for diverse property audiences.
• Apply governance and localization standards to learning content.
• Build learning plans for platform launches, updates, openings, onboarding, and capability growth.
• Develop train-the-trainer approaches and prepare leaders to reinforce learning locally.
• Assess readiness, tailor interventions, and manage schedules, materials, and enrolments.
• Track KPIs, gather feedback, and apply insights to improve relevance and retention.
• Collaborate with L&D, platform owners, SMEs, property teams, and vendors.
• Explore AI-enabled learning opportunities and maintain a robust digital knowledge base.
