Digital Operations Specialist - Ville St. Laurent (office-first)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the eCommerce Manager, the Digital Operations Specialist oversees Shopify platform optimization and technical operations. This role drives strategic implementation while managing daily operations and supporting the eCommerce technical roadmap. Success requires strong collaboration with external agencies and internal teams to leverage technology for enhanced customer experience.

Your Daily Adventures

• Manage Shopify theme deployments and website functionality, collaborating with Digital Merchandiser to optimize features and identify improvements
• Monitor and maintain site health KPIs, technical documentation, and performance metrics, proactively addressing issues to ensure optimal platform operation
• Execute product creation and enrichment process, ensuring data accuracy and SEO optimization across all digital listings
• Serve as primary point of contact for retail stores and UAE market, coordinating product launches and content management across platforms
• Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Responsible for the management and optimization of functional storefront KPIs
• Identify opportunities for improvement in the technical operations of the department
• Manage product feeds and third-party integrations across all sales channels, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical infrastructure
• Create & configure discount codes in conjunction with the promotional calendar for both online & retail stores

Your Toolkit

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• 2+ years of experience with Shopify
• Experience with analytics & reporting tools, such as Google Analytics 4 or PowerBI a plus
• Experience with international & multilingual Ecommerce infrastructure
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript, Liquid a plus
• Strong understanding of online shopping, ecommerce third party application ecosystem
• Ability to work on a flexible schedule and occasional extended hours availability during heavy promotional periods
