The impact you'll have:

The Digital Operations Manager is accountable for executing on our long-term digital commerce business strategy and growing our e-commerce business through self-service procurement and management of technology; driving efficiency and productivity of our sellers and an amazing customer experience.

What You’ll Do:


  • Drive revenue and rebate through eCommerce channels by ensuring we drive accelerated adoption of our digital platforms with our customers and our sellers.
  • Monitor and report performance of all web platforms to Exec Steering Committee (revenue, customer adoption, NPS/CES etc.)
  • Develop and execute on customer and sales enablement strategies (including project management, development of content etc.)
  • Manage Migration for Adobe VIP MP for segments of customer
  • Own end to end program management of the Web platform:
    • Ensure Digital Adoption of the My Softchoice Platform (ensuring we have the right products on web, with the correct pricing etc.)
    • Project managing the migration of customers onto platform (ensuring we are meeting customer migration targets from business case on time, gathering information from our partners on eligible customers, ensure we are following the assigned processes etc.)
    • Own program communication to all stakeholders (sales, customers, IT etc) including executive steering committee through the formulation of different program
    • Develop sequence of training (both at time of launch and ongoing) ahead of rolling out the program to customers to empower Sales reps to ensure the program is being adopted.
    • Support any sales or customers web issue resolution, acting as a single point of contact to direct questions and issues to the correct team and help create required support paths to automate.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of platform capabilities and E-Commerce best practices

  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


What you'll bringt to the table:


  • 5+ years of experience in enablement / marketing / digital.
  • Post-Secondary Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Experience with project ownership, including planning, management, and execution of digital programs
  • Proven ability to be agile, creative, organized, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Self-sufficient worker capable of managing multiple deadlines with little supervision.
  • Experience with B2B e-Commerce or digital marketing
  • Skilled at logical structuring and presenting data in story format
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with experience presenting to senior-level executives
