Our goal is to transform mental health systems through innovative, peer-led initiatives where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued.Tech-Savvy for Good: Making an Impact with Digital ToolsAt Kaleidoscope, digital technology helps us grow and reach more people. We use Google Workspace for Nonprofits to stay organized, collaborate, and maintain a vibrant online presence. We also leverage tools like Google Ads and Google Analytics to boost our visibility, ensuring our programs connect with communities that need support. By using strategic digital marketing, we raise awareness, drive website traffic, and encourage meaningful action toward mental health transformation.As part of our digital marketing team, you'll be involved in various aspects of our online outreach. Depending on your experience and interests, tasks might include:1. Digital Strategy: Helping plan and implement engaging digital campaigns aligned with our mission.2. SEO & Keyword Research: Exploring keywords and SEO strategies to improve our online visibility.3. Campaign Optimization: Keeping an eye on campaigns and optimizing them to ensure they're effective and meet best practices.4. Data Analysis: Using tools like Google Analytics to understand campaign performance and suggest improvements.5. Team Collaboration: Joining our team discussions and contributing ideas to create cohesive, engaging marketing materials.6. Learning & Teaching: Sharing and learning digital marketing skills within the team for long-term success.We'd love to hear from:A. Experienced digital marketers familiar with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO, social media platforms, and Google Workspace.B. Passionate learners who are eager to develop their digital marketing skills in a supportive and friendly environment.C. We particularly encourage applications from individuals who identify as having lived experience of mental health concerns and who are excited to learn new digital marketing skills.Nice-to-Have Qualities:i. Interest or experience with Google Workspace, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and social media.ii. Curiosity, creativity, and enthusiasm for problem-solving.iii. Great communication and teamwork abilities.iv. Commitment to mental health advocacy and using digital tools for positive social change.

Receive initial orientation and ongoing support from experienced team members.Access tailored training resources in digital marketing, including Google Ads and Google Analytics.Participate in regular team check-ins and feedback sessions to continuously grow your skills and confidence.

Certification or Education Required

Certificates or degrees in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.Certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, or other digital marketing credentials.Relevant training or coursework from online platforms like Coursera, Udemy, LinkedIn Learning, or similar educational resources.All levels of formal and informal education are valued—what matters most is your eagerness to contribute and grow!
