Based in Vancouver, Canada, Magnify Digital is a boutique digital agency specializing in digital marketing strategy and training for the cultural industries. The Role:

We are looking for a strategic thinker with deep YouTube expertise and content marketing chops to help clients grow and monetize their digital channels. You’ll work directly with clients—many in screen media (film, TV, digital), tourism, and cultural sectors—to develop smart, data-informed content strategies that align with business goals. You’ll also lead digital strategy delivery, provide reporting and insights, and facilitate virtual or in-person workshops.

This role blends big-picture strategic thinking with the rigour to analyze data, generate and execute sophisticated content strategies, and track progress toward performance benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and execution of omni-platform audience development strategies

· Craft YouTube channel strategies including optimization, publishing cadence, format mix, and performance tracking.

· Manage content calendars and ensure alignment with channel goals, audience behaviours, and brand priorities.

· Develop SMART benchmarks and oversee regular performance reporting, drawing on metrics from YouTube Studio, GA4, and other sources.

· Lead client meetings, presenting insights and ensuring strategic alignment.

· Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.

· Deliver actionable recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.

· Facilitate client workshops and training sessions to build digital capacity.

Who You Are:

You’re a natural problem-solver, organized, attentive to detail, with a passion for content strategy, YouTube, and digital analytics. You have hands-on experience helping brands grow online, with skills driving YouTube success, and understand how to connect the dots between creative, data, and business goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, value relationships, and love helping clients level up.

Must-Haves:

· 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with demonstrable success building and optimizing YouTube channels and content ecosystems.

· Strong understanding of YouTube Studio, GA4, SEO for video, Shorts and TikTok strategies for discoverability and content analytics.

· Experience designing and delivering content calendars and cross-platform strategies.

· Excellent client management and communication skills.

· Proven success juggling multiple client files and priorities in a fast-paced environment

· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide strategic insights.

· Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, and content marketing.

· Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana) and reporting dashboards.

· Comfortable leading training sessions and presenting to clients or internal teams.

· Familiarity with AI tools for efficiency and reporting.
