What You’ll Do

Typical Weekly Activities

• On-Camera Hosting & Storytelling: Be the face of FinlyWealth on YouTube: present 2–3 videos/week (5-15 min each) that demystify investing, budgeting, and market news.
• Content Ideation & Scripting: Pitch topics, write conversational scripts/outlines, and shape narratives that keep viewers watching until the end.
• Production & Editing: Record in your home studio (we’ll provide a gear stipend), then edit or oversee editing for publish-ready videos.
• Short-Form Repurposing: Slice the best moments into IG Reels and TikTok clips to widen reach.
• Channel Optimization: Craft thumbnails, titles, tags, and end screens; monitor YouTube Studio analytics to iterate for growth.
• Collaboration: Sync with our marketing lead and graphic designer on campaign calendars, giveaways, and cross-channel promotions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Comfort on Camera – You love talking to the lens and can explain complex topics with warmth and clarity.
• Hands-On Video Production – Solid grasp of lighting, audio, framing, and Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve (or equivalent).
• Story-First Mindset – Ability to turn raw information (especially financial concepts) into binge-worthy stories.
• Self-Starter, Remote-Ready – You manage your own schedule, hit deadlines, and thrive without micromanagement.
• Nice-to-Haves – Experience in finance/FinTech content, motion graphics, or live-stream hosting. Previous Youtube or instagram channels.
• Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 / year + performance-based bonuses
