Position Overview
We are currently recruiting a full-time Senior Digital Ads Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for measuring, implementing, and monitoring digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Ads. You will work closely with the Customer Success Manager in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment, requiring excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and strong time management and communication skills.
Your Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Implement digital advertising campaigns in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook, TikTok, Amazon, and YouTube.
- Manage account data integrations, including configuring attribution and conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, Microsoft UET, TikTok Pixel, and Google Analytics 4.
- Perform routine ad account monitoring and management independently.
- Optimize digital ad campaigns continually to meet quarterly objectives and increase ROI.
- Deploy automated tools to improve time efficiency and campaign results.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align PPC strategies with dealership marketing goals.
- Assist with reporting and troubleshooting.
- Potentially train interns and junior team members.
- Work with the Ad Operations and Ads Product Managers to enhance ad offerings, processes, and client services.
- Participate in client meetings to advise on digital strategies and best practices.
Analytics
- Use analytics to inform recommendations and campaign adjustments.
- Compile reports in GA4 to show performance metrics or troubleshoot issues.
General Expectations
- Stay updated on developments in digital advertising channels.
- Communicate effectively with the team regarding project developments, timelines, and results.
- Work closely with team members to meet client goals.
- Continuously innovate and expand skills to improve client offerings.
- Maintain KPIs such as customer retention, project completion times, campaign accuracy, and budget pacing.
Your Skills & Mindset
- 4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
- Experience with Facebook, TikTok, and Amazon advertising.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Ability to manage tasks and time independently.
