Who we are looking for : We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands the full range of digital marketing services and who can execute omni-channel campaigns. This role requires strong client communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver high-performance marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will confidently engage directly with clients, make data-driven decisions, and continually improve results — all while ensuring alignment with the Director of Marketing’s vision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Campaign Execution & Optimization
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, actionable plans, ensuring all stakeholders understand the roadmap.
  • Execute marketing strategies developed by the Marketing Director.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure marketing materials align with brand messaging and strategy.
  • Plan and execute paid digital advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Oversee audience targeting, ad performance, and budget allocation to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Optimize ongoing campaigns based on performance analytics, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks on all marketing initiatives, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment.
  • Use platforms like Hootsuite and Meta Business Suite to deploy and manage content effectively.
  • Over time, provide direct strategic guidance without the Director present.
  • Client Service and Reporting
  • This is a client-facing role where you will be the primary point-of-contact on selected accounts.
  • Where the Project Manager is the key contact person, you will collaborate with them and team members to create and present performance reports, highlighting key takeaways, insights, and next steps.
  • On a quarterly basis, complete full reviews and develop presentations that will include strategic recommendations from the Director of Marketing or another strategist.
  • Write contact reports after each meeting and initiate action items in conjunction with the appropriate team members.

Qualifications & Requirements :

  • 4-6 years of experience across the full range of digital marketing, social media advertising, and media strategy.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, presenting strategies and campaign insights directly.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and digital analytics tools.
  • Proficiency with social media management platforms like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
  • Knowledge of audience targeting, ad copy best practices, and conversion optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions and presentations.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
