Job description

Steve Madden Canada is on the hunt for a Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our eCommerce game and ignite growth across all major paid platforms. In this fast-paced role, you'll be the engine behind our online success — creating high-performing campaigns, turning insights into action, and helping shape the future of our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our agency partners to execute next-level digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the Director of eCommerce to align on strategy, creative direction, and performance targets.
  • Manage and optimize paid media across Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
  • Track performance with GA4, Shopify analytics, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools — and turn insights into action.
  • Develop and lead A/B testing strategies across creative, audiences, landing pages, and offers.
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to drive ROAS, lower CAC, and boost LTV.
  • Partner with the internal Product, Brand, and Creative teams to launch cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of platform updates, digital trends, privacy shifts, and the competitive landscape to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute ideas to promotional calendars, product launches, and online merchandising moments.

Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance campaigns.
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, TikTok Ads, and affiliate/retargeting platforms.
  • Advanced skills in GA4, Shopify analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel (or similar tools).
  • A strong track record of collaborating with agency partners to hit (and exceed!) performance goals.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, strategic next steps.
  • Experience working in the fashion, lifestyle, or direct-to-consumer retail space is a major plus.
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and ready to move fast in a trend-driven environment.
