As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario, we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist.
The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that promote Northern's financial products and services, enhance member engagement, and strengthen our brand across digital channels. This is a key role in driving growth, member acquisition, and retention through data-informed strategies.
The Digital Marketing Specialist will plan, create and manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, and programmatic. The successful candidate will maintain and update the credit union’s website and landing pages, ensuring strong performance through regular updates and analytics monitoring. They will design and deploy engaging email campaigns—including newsletters, promotions and onboarding flows—to enhance member engagement and retention. As the voice of our brand on social media, the Digital Marketing Specialist creates content calendars, develops posts, and manages member interactions in a compliant and consistent tone. The ideal candidate will be adept at tracking key performance metrics, providing actionable insights, and continuously refining campaign effectiveness. Collaboration is key—the Digital Marketing Specialist works cross-functionally with internal teams and ensures all marketing activities meet regulatory and privacy standards. Experience managing vendors, agencies, and digital tools is a plus.
