We are seeking a passionate and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager & Content Creator to drive brand growth, digital presence, and customer engagement across our expanding product portfolio. Reporting directly to the COO & SVP Marketing, this role is both strategic and tactical - ideal for a well rounded marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across platforms such as social media, email, websites, and digital advertising
- Write, design, edit, and publish content for blogs, newsletters, product pages, social posts, and ads, ensuring brand voice and visual consistency
- Own the influencer marketing program, from identifying and onboarding partners to managing content delivery and performance tracking
- Develop sales support materials including pitch decks, sell sheets, and product one-pagers
- Coordinate trade shows and customer events, including booth design, promotional materials, and on-site engagement
- Track and analyze campaign performance, using data insights to optimize content and campaign strategies
- Manage and report on the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals

- Proven success in developing and managing influencer partnerships to increase reach and engagement
- Strong cross-functional communicator with the ability to collaborate across internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in tools like Canva, video editing software, social media scheduling platforms, and performance analytics dashboards
