About the Role

We’re looking for a creator, not just a content producer—someone who sees the world through a social-first lens and knows how to tell powerful stories in 15, 30, or 90 seconds.

At kg&a, you’ll be part of a content team that’s shaping how people experience the built environment through social media. Think city-building meets creator culture. Whether it’s capturing the energy of a live event, showcasing a future skyline, or bringing community stories to life, you’ll be behind the lens—concepting, shooting, editing, and publishing work that’s built to perform on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.

You’re someone who gets what makes content resonate in 2025. You can turn a walk-through into a cinematic Reel, find the story in a street corner, or take a trending sound and use it to elevate a brand’s voice. You're quick with CapCut, creative in Premiere, and constantly experimenting with what’s next.

What You’ll Do

  • Create short-form video and photo content that tells authentic, visually compelling stories—across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and more
  • Own the full content journey: concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, and publish—with a clear creative POV that’s tuned to what performs on each platform
  • Capture content in the wild—on site, at brand activations, during live moments—then turn that raw footage into story-driven, scroll-stopping pieces
  • Pitch and shape content ideas that humanize brands, showcase spaces, and connect with audiences in real, relatable ways
  • Jump on trends early, remix them with purpose, and bring fresh ideas to the table backed by your understanding of creator culture
  • Collaborate with account and strategy teams to align your content with broader narratives and campaign goals
  • Help define and evolve the agency’s social voice by staying ahead of platform updates, creative tools, and storytelling formats

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience creating social-first video and photo content—bonus if you’ve done it for brands or campaigns
  • A strong eye for storytelling through visuals, with a creator mindset and platform fluency
  • Hands-on skills with iPhones, mirrorless cameras, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and After Effects
  • Confidence shooting on the fly—at events, on site, or capturing in-the-moment content
  • Deep understanding of platform-native formats (Reels vs. TikTok vs. LinkedIn = not the same)
  • Curiosity about cities, design, and architecture—and a desire to tell meaningful stories around them
  • Bonus: graphic design or motion skills for added creativity in your content toolkit
