POSITION SUMMARY:
The Digital Marketing Manager at House Dental Office is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract new patients, and improve online engagement. This role will oversee SEO, social media, paid advertising, content marketing, and website optimization, ensuring that the clinic maintains a strong online presence and patient acquisition funnel.
OBJECTIVES:
- Achieve an increase in new patient inquiries and online appointment bookings through digital marketing efforts.
- Improve organic search rankings by implementing SEO best practices, ensuring website content is fully optimized for search engines.
- Grow social media following each quarter and increase engagement rates through targeted content and community interactions.
- Develop and manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid campaigns to generate high-quality patient leads and improve ROI.
- Track performance of all marketing channels, ensuring data-driven adjustments to campaigns to maximize effectiveness.
- Ensure 100% optimization of Google My Business and local SEO, improving visibility and patient reviews.
- Produce weekly blog posts, patient testimonials, and educational content that positions the clinic as a leader in dental care.
- Improve website user experience (UX) to increase online appointment conversion rates by X% through optimized landing pages and clear CTAs.
- Implement a strategy to increase positive patient reviews by X%, boosting credibility and patient trust.
- Ensure 100% alignment between digital marketing efforts and clinic growth objectives, working closely with leadership.
- Develop digital partnerships with local influencers, businesses, and healthcare organizations to expand reach and brand awareness.
COMPETENCIES:
- Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO, local search optimization, and improving website performance to increase organic traffic and patient inquiries.
- Strong ability to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to maximize patient acquisition.
- Proficiency in creating engaging blog posts, email campaigns, social media content, and video marketing to enhance the clinic’s brand.
- Ability to develop, schedule, and manage content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Skilled in building automated email campaigns, newsletters, and follow-ups to maintain patient engagement and retention.

- Experience in managing Google My Business listings, encouraging patient reviews, and improving local search rankings.
