Office Location: 555 Richmond Street West, Toronto, ON

Working Environment: First six weeks will be 100% in office. Work-from-home flexibility up to 7 days each month following the initial six week period.

Travel Requirement: All candidates must have the ability and willingness to travel to the USA up to 3 times a year.

Working hours: Normal business hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, with a one-hour lunch break between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the marketing of multiple events in our portfolio, including:

  • Email Campaign Management: Generate email content to promote the upcoming summits within your industry portfolio
  • Social Media Management & Content Creation: Create social media promotions for our various events, and help manage our social media channels for multiple industries
  • Paid Ads Management: Help launch LinkedIn Ad campaigns for our various summits
  • Manage and maintain the master list of contacts/database for each of the industries within your event portfolio
  • Manage email responses and coordinate the distribution of leads to Sales associates
  • Trace, analyze and report on the activities and outcomes of all digital campaigns
  • Provide support for other marketing initiatives and activities as necessary

The Ideal Candidate:

  • University Degree with a specialization in Marketing (preferred)
  • A positive and ambitious attitude
  • The ability to work well autonomously and with a team
  • A great eye for design or previous graphic design skills/exposure (an asset)
  • Strong research and comprehension skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple ongoing projects
  • Technical writing skills and the ability to create compelling social and email content for B2B audiences
  • Familiarity with social media channels and content distribution strategies
  • A desire to learn about new industries and businesses
  • A desire to grow within the company
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, Canva, and/or ZoomInfo is a plus**
