Position Overview

The Digital Marketing Coordinator will oversee digital projects from initial briefing to final delivery, ensuring smooth execution and alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong project coordination skills, digital reporting expertise, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite. The ideal candidate will effectively manage multiple projects, engage with stakeholders, and create insightful marketing reports to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination : Manage and execute digital marketing projects from briefing to completion, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Digital Reporting : Generate, analyze, and present comprehensive marketing performance reports using Microsoft Suite and Google Suite tools.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Collaborate with internal teams and external partners, providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring smooth communication.
  • Process Management : Navigate marketing processes effectively, ensuring compliance with internal protocols and project standards.
  • Multi-Project Management : Balance multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources efficiently to achieve optimal results.
  • Presentation Development : Develop professional PowerPoint and Google Slides presentations to communicate marketing strategies, insights, and project updates.
  • Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve challenges, implementing creative solutions to improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, project coordination, or a related role, preferably in a marketing department.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder interactions.
  • Experience with project management tools is a plus.
