Job summary

Digital Shift in Canada is seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to lead data-driven campaigns and build strong client partnerships. You will transform insights into personalized experiences and drive real business growth for diverse clients, including home services and franchising sectors.

In this full-time remote role, you’ll conduct monthly strategy sessions, plan deliverables with clients, and measure progress with the operations team.

• Experience as Digital Marketing Associate or related client-facing role.
• Ability to listen, negotiate and present effectively.
• Experience juggling multiple account projects with detail.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Associate, Account Manager, Customer Success Manager, or relevant role
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and Google Docs or MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a relevant field
