Job summary

Chrome Technologies is seeking a Digital Health-IT Cutover Coordinator to join our Montreal office on a permanent basis. This hybrid role operates in an English-speaking environment, working with clients to deliver projects entrusted to us.

You will coordinate decommissioning, access management, migration strategies for patient numbers and Arc locations, and engage vendors during cutover. The role requires strong project management, healthcare knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Deliver the activities identified in the Role Summary section.
• Coordinate all cutover activities with CHR lead, the cutover team, Digital Health and IT teams, vendors, and Santé Québec.
• Support DH-IT project managers in developing and implementing cutover plans.
• Maintain regular follow-up with the CHR cutover lead.
• Document cutover plans, playbooks, and lessons learned.
• Facilitate cross-functional cutover meetings and readiness reviews.
• Track and report cutover milestones and readiness to leadership.
• Ensure stakeholders are ready and understand their roles during cutover.

Job description

We are looking for a Digital Health-IT Cutover Coordinator to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid position and will be performed in an English-speaking environment. As a Chrome Technologies consultant, the successful candidate will work with our clients to deliver the projects they have entrusted to us.

The DH-IT Cutover Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the following activities:

1. Coordination and tracking of activities related to application decommissioning.
2. Access Management to decommissioned applications.
3. Deactivation of application interfaces.
4. Participation in the strategy for migrating or converting patient numbers to the new index.
5. Participation in the strategy for migrating to new locations in Arc application (ref. CHR).
6. Mobilization of application vendors for the cutover period.
   • a. Plan, including detailed activities, sequencing, and dates.
   • b. RACI
7. Liaison with the CHR (Connected Health Record) cutover lead.
8. Any other activities related to the application cutover.

Key Responsibilities

Cutover Planning & Execution:

• Deliver the activities identified in the Role Summary section.
• In close collaboration with the CHR cutover lead, the cutover team, Digital Health and IT teams, vendors, and Santé Québec, coordinate all application-related pre-go-live, go-live, and immediate post-go-live cutover activities.
• Support DH-IT project managers in developing and implementing cutover plans.
• Maintain regular follow-up with the CHR cutover lead.

Project Coordination:

• Collaborate with IT teams, Digital Health teams, application vendors, and Santé Québec to document and align the cutover plans under this role's responsibility.
• Ensure clear communication of cutover milestones, expectations, and status updates to stakeholders.
• Facilitate cross-functional cutover meetings and readiness reviews.

Risk & Issue Management:

• Identify cutover risks, dependencies, and potential conflicts.
• Develop mitigation strategies and elevate issues as needed.
• Monitor readiness checkpoints to ensure timelines remain on track.

Operational Readiness:

• Ensure all stakeholders, including CIUSSS, Harris, vendors, and Santé Québec, are ready and clearly understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Validate completion of required cutover tasks prior to activation.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Track and report related cutover progress, risks, and readiness status to leadership.
• Maintain detailed documentation of cutover plans, playbooks, and lessons learned.

Required Qualifications:
