Job summary

McCormick Canada, part of McCormick & Company Inc., seeks a Business Solution Owner for the Digital Growth Enablement Team in Mississauga, Ontario. You will translate business needs into detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with stakeholders and delivery teams to drive analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in business analytics or related roles; Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Data Analytics or other relevant field.
5-8 years in Business Analytics, Project Management, Sales Operations, or related roles.
Experience gathering and refining business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Experience with technology, reporting, analytics, automation, or process improvement.
Knowledge of Agile delivery and backlog management.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and clarify business requirements; translate into user stories and specs.
Coordinate with stakeholders and delivery teams; track actions and provide status.
Maintain backlogs and support prioritization with product owners.
Support testing activities and ensure delivered solutions meet requirements.
Share knowledge and assist in process improvements and onboarding.
