Save the Children Canada is seeking a Digital Fundraising Specialist to lead multi-channel digital fundraising, primarily through email and SMS. You will design donor journeys, collaborate with Brand & Communications, and drive campaigns across digital channels to maximize revenue from existing supporters.
The role is hybrid and based in Toronto, Ontario, with potential for local travel. A minimum of 3–5 years in digital fundraising or related nonprofit roles is preferred.
Salary Range: $63,323.32 To $80,295.12 Annually

Initially reporting to theDirector, Growth & Fundraising Strategy*, theDigitalFundraisingSpecialistwillbe responsible for deliveringdigital strategiesand campaignsthat maximize revenue from existingsupporters, acrossemail,SMSand otherdirect digital channels.This role will also support donor retention and development initiatives, and therefore work to enhancelong-term supporter value,by helping todesignand implement digital communications as part of donor journeys and ongoing donor communication programs.
Save the Children Canada is a hybrid workplace based in Toronto Ontario Canada. This recruitment is open to all applicants residing in Ontario.
*From 2027, it is expected that this role will report to the Donor Development Manager.

The salary range for this position is union band 5 between$63,323.32 - $80,295.12 CAD depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
