Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture, the People & Culture Administrator will be responsible for delivering day-to-day HR support across a wide range of people processes, systems, and programs. This role contributes to the organization’s mission by ensuring the effective administration of key HR functions, including onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations. The P&C Administrator works collaboratively across teams to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
The salary range for this position is non-union pay band 4 between $55,581.56- $71,985.83CAD depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
