Save the Children Canada is seeking a Digital Fundraising Specialist in Toronto to drive email and SMS campaigns and strengthen donor journeys. You will collaborate with Marketing, Brand & Communications, and external vendors to optimize digital fundraising revenue and donor retention.
This hybrid role requires 3–5 years in fundraising, strong marketing knowledge, and proficiency in Marketing Cloud Engagement, HTML, and CSS.

Initially reporting to the Director, Growth & Fundraising Strategy*, the Digital Fundraising Specialist will be responsible for delivering email, SMS and potentially other digital campaigns to maximize revenue from existing supporters. This role will also support donor retention and development initiatives, and therefore work to enhance long‑term supporter value, by helping to design and implement digital communications as part of donor journeys and ongoing donor communication programs.
Save the Children Canada is a hybrid workplace based in Toronto Ontario Canada. This recruitment is open to all applicants residing in Ontario.
The salary range for this position is union band 5 between $63,323.32 - $80,295.12 CAD depending on skills and experience. In addition to this, our employees will have the following package of additional benefits:
