Job summary

Enbridge seeks a Digital Experience leader to align roadmap with Marketing and Public Affairs, advancing web, social, and API-driven capabilities. Drive evolution of SitecoreAI CMS to enable omnichannel experiences and monitor customer journeys with analytics to inform leadership decisions.

Role requires 6+ years in digital tech, API-first delivery, and strong leadership. Hybrid Canada-based role with competitive compensation and benefits, including FlexWork options.

Qualifications

• University degree or a two-year technical diploma with 6+ years of related experience.
• Experience with modern digital architectures supporting API-first, headless, omnichannel delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SitecoreAI (Sitecore XMC) and related capabilities (DAM, personalization).

Responsibilities

• Define and advance the application and technology roadmap with Marketing and Public Affairs stakeholders.
• Drive the evolution of the digital experience across web, social, mobile, APIs, and emerging channels.
• Support and evolve the SitecoreAI CMS platform for scalable omnichannel experiences.
• Develop and monitor key customer journeys and campaigns using analytics and dashboards.
• Explore and support AI-enabled experiences with secure governance.
• Partner with stakeholders and service providers to expand digital maturity and innovation opportunities.
• Ensure digital solutions adhere to security requirements, standards, and governance.
