Job summary

Wellington-Altus Financial invites applications for a Project Coordinator in our Toronto office, supporting the Digital & Data team. You will help translate business needs into structured project activities and manage a portfolio of concurrent initiatives with emphasis on execution and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's degree, PM certification, 3–5 years in project coordination, and strong skills in stakeholder engagement and cross‑team collaboration within a technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent.
• PM certification (PMP, CAPM, CSM) is an asset.
• 3–5 years in a project coordination or junior PM role, preferably in tech or data.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of digital and data initiatives across project lifecycles.
• Prepare and maintain project docs: schedules, roadmaps, reports, capacity plans.
• Identify, log, and communicate risks, issues, and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Coordinate readiness activities across security, infrastructure, and networks.
• Schedule and facilitate scrum ceremonies and meetings to reduce delivery risk.
