Summary: Reporting to the Regional Clinical Manager, you will provide digital counselling services for TELUS Health Employee Assistance Program (EAP) clients in Alberta.
Workplace Support Programs (WSP): These programs address mental health concerns in the workplace. TELUS Health's WSP offers early intervention into employee mental health issues requiring solutions beyond short-term EAP support or as part of disability case management. The programs provide professional assessment and counselling to support individuals' return to productivity. They address issues requiring longer-term, specialized, or intensive care to prevent or manage workplace performance problems, absence, and disability.
