Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking a Digital Content Specialist to manage product information pages and PIP content standards. You will support content enrichment, SSKU data tasks, and the ratings program, ensuring a consistent customer experience across homedepot.ca and stores.

Utilize Looker, Tableau, and Analytics tools to report on content health and drive improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform routine PIP reviews, and help internal partners with content

Qualifications

• University/college degree in a related area or equivalent experience.
• Experience with ecommerce, marketing, or digital content is preferred.
• Familiarity with data tools and online content systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update product information pages content to meet standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support content enrichment tasks.
• Manage SSKU data, color and sizing options on the site.
• Support ratings and reviews and assist internal partners with PIP content.
• Conduct content health reviews and provide KPI insights.
• Assist with asset collection for special projects.
