Qualifications

Digital & Broadcast Account Executive

North Battleford, Saskatchewan

Pattison Media is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our dynamic team based in North Battleford, Saskatchewan.

This is not an account management role for someone who wants to simply maintain existing business. We are looking for a true go-getter — someone who loves prospecting, cold calling, networking, and opening doors with new clients. If the challenge of building relationships from scratch and winning new business excites you, we want to talk to you.

We’re seeking an experienced sales expert with a proven track record of new business development to help grow our digital and broadcast advertising client base in The Battlefords and surrounding area. Working alongside our existing team, you’ll identify opportunities, uncover client needs, create customized marketing solutions, and help local businesses grow through the power of Pattison Media.

The ideal candidate will:

• Love prospecting and have the confidence to make cold calls every day.
• Be energized by meeting new people and building relationships from the ground up.
• Have a competitive, goal-oriented mindset and a strong desire to win new business.
• Be comfortable hearing “no” and have the persistence to keep going.
• Take ownership of building and managing a healthy sales pipeline.
• Bring strong communication skills and a passion for helping local businesses succeed.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment where activity, initiative, and results matter.
• Advanced understanding of Google Ad words, Facebook ads, display advertising, DOOH and Connected TV is preferred.
• Strong business acumen and proficient in digital trends.
• Strong organizational, written, presentation and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and embrace new ideas.
• Have a minimum of 2 years marketing sales, or digital specific sales experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driver’s abstract and own a reliable vehicle.

• Contribute to successful project delivery through keen account management
  and excellent customer service.
• Travel within The Battlefords and surrounding area engaging with potential clients about our company and our suite of premier marketing services including both digital and broadcast advertising solutions.
• Generate new leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
• Develop and present client creative digital and broadcast advertising solutions through client focused proposals
• Build long-term relationships with clients.
• Achieve and exceed revenue goals through consistent business development activity.
• Collaborate with our talented team to deliver outstanding client results.
• Use your solid understanding of digital marketing services, SEO, Google, Website Design, and social media.
