Konrad is a next-generation digital consultancy seeking an Associate, Digital to support the delivery of digital products for clients through requirements gathering and process optimization. You will work with senior analysts, engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders across client engagements.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a business analyst, systems analyst, or strategy-focused role
• Experience with requirements gathering methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar)
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana)
• Foundational understanding of digital product lifecycles and business analysis best practices
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder expectations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and consulting-style environments
• Interest in learning about industry-specific trends, data governance, and strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Support client and internal teams in understanding complex business problems and translating them into clear functional requirements
• Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement under the guidance of senior team members
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and interviews to gather and document business needs
• Assist in creating documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure technical solutions align with business goals
• Communicate findings clearly through reports, presentations, and process maps
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve project workflows and requirement gathering methodologies
