You will learn from senior team members while solving complex business problems, with a focus on delivering thoughtful, well-structured client work. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, user experience, or software development is a plus.
• Demonstrated interest in great user experiences and technology.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Eager to learn about AI and emerging tech trends.
• Strong problem-solving and self-motivation.
• Able to work both in teams and independently.
• Comfort with presenting or public speaking is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating digital solutions for diverse clients and verticals.
• Develop expertise as a design/tech thought leader across industries.
• Support senior team members in understanding client challenges and goals.
• Collaborate with Design and Technology teams to deliver compelling experiences.
• Gather insights on business processes through interviews and research.
• Participate in UX design thinking and architecture workshops and project planning.
• Structure presentations, proposals, and other collateral.
