Job summary

Konrad, a next generation digital consultancy, seeks a Manager to lead strategy and management consulting engagements and oversee design and technology delivery. You will manage cross-functional teams of consultants, designers, and software developers, guiding projects from inception through completion.

You will mentor team members, grow client relationships, drive opportunities for growth, and champion AI-enabled end-to-end customer experiences while aligning with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy, design, and technology teams.
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across multiple industries.
• Strong understanding of complex business processes including finance and operations.
• Outstanding organizational, written, and verbal communication with problem-solving ability.
• Experience mentoring and growing team members and leading large programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and design thinking engagements across clients and industries.
• Manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on scope, time, and budget.
• Be a day-to-day client contact, manage expectations and resolve issues independently.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and business development.
• Lead workshops and guide teams to deliver elegant user experiences with design and technology.
