Job description

MM Nova Tech is looking for a Digital Account Manager with 2+ years of experience to manage client relationships, drive sales, and enhance our digital presence. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, social media expertise, and a sales-driven mindset. They should be presentable, knowledgeable, and capable of handling interactions with clients professionally.

Job Responsibilities :
  • API Integration in UI
  • Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
  • Writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
  • Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
  • Implementation of security and data protection
  • Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Develop and implement digital strategies to enhance brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Drive sales initiatives by identifying business opportunities and converting leads.
  • Present company offerings confidently and persuasively to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices in digital marketing and sales.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
  • MBA preferred, with a strong background in digital marketing, sales, or account management.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in digital account management, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, and online branding.
  • Ability to work independently with a dedicated workspace, a good internet connection, and a well-functioning laptop.
  • Experience in working with agents or clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
