The Dietitian is responsible for providing safe, ethical, and competent nutrition care. This includes advising on diet and food, supporting nutritional health, preventing, detecting, and treating malnutrition, and participating in the Nutrition Care Process. The role involves leadership within the team, mentoring dietetic students, and employing evidence-informed practices.
The Dietitian collaborates with healthcare team members to ensure quality, continuity, of client care within a holistic, client-centered framework aligned with our mission and values.
