About the Opportunity

The Clinical Dietitian at Integrated Chronic Care Services plays a key role in the interdisciplinary team, responsible for nutrition care, disease management, and education of patients with chronic conditions. The Dietitian develops cost-effective, patient-centered care plans focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and effective disease self-management.

About You

We are interested in candidates with:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition from an accredited institution
  • Licensure by the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association
  • Completion of Dietetic Internship accredited by Dietitians of Canada
  • Membership in Dietitians of Canada
  • Preferred: two years of related experience in adult healthcare facilities
  • Optional: Specialty Certifications such as CDE, CNSD, or certifications for Diabetes Management Centre
  • Reliable transportation for work travel
  • Language skills; French is an asset

Hours
  • Permanent part-time (.80); 60 hours bi-weekly
  • Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and holidays
Compensation and Benefits

$35.48 - $47.94 per hour
