• Perform dining service and resident functions (teas, room service, table/tray presentation)
• Maintain proper dining room setup
• Monitor checklists for cleanliness and readiness
• Foster an atmosphere of respect, dignity and safety for residents
• Assist in kitchen/dishwashing areas as required
• Ensure compliance with food service regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing all aspects of dining service and resident functions such as teas and room service including table/tray presentation
• Maintaining proper dining room set up
• Monitoring appropriate checklists in support of the dining area, cleanliness, readiness, standard
• Establishes and maintains an atmosphere conductive to pleasant dining by creating an environment which maintains the respect, dignity, and physical safety of each resident
• Assisting in the kitchen/dishwashing area as required
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service
• Performs other duties as assigned.
